Jithu Jayaraj is a software developer and the founder of Automate, a WhatsApp campaign manager that runs each customer on a dedicated server with a private IP. Automate is built and run through Jeedesigns LLC without a wider team: Jithu writes the software, provisions every customer's server by hand, and answers the support email personally.

Automate started as a tool for Jithu's own campaigns. The existing tools charged per message and put hundreds of senders on shared servers, so one sender's bad behaviour could drag down everyone's delivery. The alternative - one server per account, one flat price, per-recipient personalization - ran Jithu's own sending first, and was then opened to other businesses.
