What every plan includes

The plans differ in message allowance and the number of connected WhatsApp numbers; Enterprise also adds custom networking and priority support (every plan gets email support answered the same day). The infrastructure and core features are the same on all three:

Flat pricing vs per-message pricing

Platforms built on the official WhatsApp Business API pass on Meta's per-message charges, so their cost grows with every message. The table prices each plan's full allowance for a year at Meta's published marketing rates - about $0.025 per delivered message in North America and about $0.013 in India - before any platform fee or markup. Rates vary by country and change over time; treat these as ballparks.

The official API earns its cost when you need what only it offers: chatbots, a shared team inbox, or messaging at very high volume through Meta's approved templates. How ordering and billing work

  1. Choose a plan and submit the order form - no payment is taken on the form.
  2. We confirm your details within one business day and send a secure payment link.
  3. Once payment clears, your server and private IP are provisioned by hand; login credentials arrive within 2 days.
  4. Your 14-day refund window starts the day those credentials are delivered, not the day you pay.

Plans renew yearly and are not pro-rated; cancel any time to stop the renewal. Refund terms are in the refund policy.

Pricing questions

How much does Automate cost?
Starter costs $180 a year ($15/month effective), Growth costs $240 a year ($20/month effective), Enterprise costs $360 a year ($30/month effective). Every plan is billed yearly as one payment and includes a dedicated VPS and private IP.

Is there a monthly plan?
No. Every plan is billed yearly, in advance, as a single payment. The monthly figure on the pricing cards is the yearly price divided by twelve, shown for comparison. Plans are not pro-rated; cancelling stops the renewal and access continues through the paid year.

Do I pay per message or pay Meta fees?
No. Automate sends from your own WhatsApp numbers linked by QR code, not through the WhatsApp Business API, so there are no Meta per-message or conversation charges. Automate charges no per-message fee either: the yearly price covers your full monthly allowance.

What happens if I reach my monthly message allowance?
Campaigns pause until the month rolls over, or until you upgrade to a larger plan. There are no overage charges. In practice, safe per-number pacing (100-300 messages a day per warmed-up number) is usually the tighter limit, which is why larger plans include more connected numbers.

Is there a free trial?
No. Each instance is built by hand for one customer on a dedicated server, so there is no self-serve trial. The 14-day refund window, counted from the day your credentials are delivered, is the evaluation period - long enough to run a real campaign.

How do refunds work?
Request a refund within 14 days of receiving your credentials and you get the subscription fee back minus a disclosed deduction for the server already provisioned for you. If your instance cannot be provisioned at all, the refund is total.
